Admiral's View is a very special apartment, being one of the few in Royal William Yard with a balcony and gorgeous views from all of the windows of the Tamar and Mount Edgcumbe.
Situated on the top floor of The Clarence building, the vaulted ceilings throughout and roof windows in the living areas add to the light and space giving the apartment a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Many of our guests return more than once a year.

1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds,
1 single sofa bed in office/snug area.

There is a separate utility room with washer and dryer, dining area with table for 6, modern kitchen with dishwasher
*Access to the apartment is via 2 flights of stairs, so unfortunately Admiral's View is not suitable for those with mobility problems.*
Royal William Yard
Steeped in history, Royal William Yard was designed by architect Sir John Rennie from 1821 as a victualling yard for the Royal Navy. It was converted by award winning Urban Splash in recent years and is now a popular up market destination, which mixes residential and holiday apartments converted from a historic former Naval victualling yard. The yard itself has restaurants and bars, some boutiques and art studios and galleries. A monthly artisan food market and regular events take place at the yard.
It has a unique atmosphere and spectacular views being situated on a peninsula. In sunny weather it is glorious, and in stormy weather it is very atmospheric and you can watch the storms come in from the west over the water from our apartment.
